These Terms & Conditions govern all enquiries and appointments arranged with SHE.
By sending an SMS enquiry or attending an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Nature of Service
SHE provides a private synthetic companion experience.
This is not an escort service, massage service, or regulated health service.
No human companionship is offered.
All appointments relate solely to the use of a synthetic companion model within a privately managed setting.
2. Eligibility
All guests must be 18 years or older.
Age confirmation is required prior to appointment confirmation.
SHE reserves the right to refuse service if age cannot be reasonably confirmed.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments are arranged exclusively via discreet SMS.
An appointment is only considered confirmed once a time has been agreed and confirmation is provided in writing.
SHE reserves the right to decline or cancel enquiries at its discretion.
4. Conduct
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
The following will result in immediate refusal or cancellation:
• Harassment or abusive language/behaviors
• Disregard for venue privacy
The experience is private and controlled.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
In addition to the appointment fee, a refundable security bond is required prior to the commencement of each appointment.
The security bond is held as assurance against damage, misuse, or breach of these terms.
At the conclusion of the appointment, the companion will be inspected.
Provided no damage, excessive wear, or misuse has occurred, the security bond will be returned promptly.
SHE reserves the right to retain part or all of the security bond where:
• Physical damage has occurred
• Hygiene or care standards have been disregarded
• Terms of conduct have been breached
The applicable security bond amount will be advised at the time of booking
6. Privacy
Enquiries and appointments are handled discreetly.Only minimal information is requested:
• Preferred date and time
• Selected experience
• Confirmation of age (18+)
No unnecessary details are required. SHE does not maintain client databases or marketing mailing lists.
Communication remains direct and discreet. Personal information is not shared or sold.
7. Limitation of Liability
By attending an appointment, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in a private synthetic companion experience.
SHE and associated venue partners accept no liability for misuse, misconduct, or breach of these terms by guests.
8. Amendments
These terms may be updated without prior notice.
Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
